I had a wonderful stay at The Marco Hotel. The room was lovely, with a stunning view of the lake that made the experience even more relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
What truly stood out was the excellent service — Andre was incredibly accommodating, and his hospitality made me feel right at home. His attention to detail and warm demeanor elevated my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lake Charles!

“Resort” was nice, clean and staff was friendly.
I was not happy with having to pay the added $22/day “Resort Fee” for things that I didn’t use or need. This was stated at the bottom of my confirmation email, several pages deep. I looked at dates and pricing that Expedia showed and didn’t see additional “Resort Fee” or I wouldn’t have booked the is place. Wasted $
