Did not like that it wasn't clear it was a "timeshare" type resort. We sat thru a presentation that was a waste of our time & the sales rep. Our room had many issues that required maintenance. We were told someone would come to our room to address the problems, which never happened. Larger gaps in the floor tile grout lines that were obvious. The bedroom lighting was insufficient. The bathroom mirror lighting insufficient. The fan came on with the mirror light instead of the shower. The shower head was leaking like a sieve and could not be adjusted. The bathtub/shower floor was slippery (had to put a towel down for traction) The step out of the bathtub/shower was too deep. There needed to be a ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen area for circulation. The placement of the HVAC right near the sofa made hearing the TV very difficult. The thermostat was too high on the wall for me to see. The room as a whole did not give a good presentation of the hotel accommodations. The staff were all very friendly & helpful.
