The staff at this property are top notch. They were unbelievable accomodating and satisfied our every need from the bar keeper to housekeeping, to the front desk staff. One of my best hotel experiences in Charleston. They did all of this while dealing with customers who were not kind or friendly.

We only stayed a day because we had an evening flight. We picked this hotel because it had a free shuttle to the airport. but when we got there we were told the guy driving the shuttle wasn't coming to to work yet and there was no one to take us to the airport. And the carpet was dirty and the rooms were dirty. The decor was nice and walkable to the mall and topgolf.
