A great old concrete building renovated with stained concrete floors and countertops. A combination of rustic and modern- this apartment is cute, comfortable, and clean.
A great place that won’t break the budget.
Note: in addition to getting a great apartment, you’ll get a wonderful education in what WV holler is like. The housing in much of the holler is modest to poor, but the neighbors are all wonderful people and it’s very safe.

There is a park across the street with basketball, playground, and a field.

Do not block the garage door. If you need more than one space you can park at the community park, across and up the street about 150’.
