"Excellent staff and the hotel was spectacular! Loved the therapy pool and therapy hot tub. Beds were super comfortable and pillows were like laying your head on a cloud. Enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast with a variety of items that you could choose from. Had dinner at the hotel and everything we had was wonderful. I enjoyed the homemade Mac and cheese. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again."

"Not what you expect when you stay at a Marriott. It is an old and tired looking facility. The carpet in the hallways was bumpy and could cause a fall. It’s a shame as it use to be a very nice place."

"Stay would have been wonderful but the front desk lady we encountered was less than accommodating. Started off on a bad foot and stayed there. From answering the phone to personal one on one communication. Just do better. Start with your attitude. "

"Our experience at this Hilton Inn was fabulous!! Brittany at the front was smiling, friendly and she was expecting us! She made us feel very welcome! Our rooms were clean and completely stocked! (And yes, I always checked the sheets!) It smelled nice and clean, not stuffy and stale! All staff smiled, and asked if everything was ok! They have very good coffees and hot water ready anytime you need it in the dining room! That was very much appreciated, as a couple of us are night owls. The breakfast was hot, lots to choose from, different toppings, choices and it was very clean! Spacious dining area, we did not feel closed in at all! The pool area was nice and spacious! They also had an outside seating area with a large gas fire to sit around in the evening! Our stay was one of the best we have experienced in 25+ years of traveling! We highly recommend choosing this Hampton Inn in Charleston, WV!"
