Welcome to Beach Haven RI! Stay in this beautiful newer home across the street from Charlestown Beach and steps away from Ninigret Pond. Sit on the couch or Adirondack chairs in the screened in porch all day and watch the waves crash! Steps to kayak in beautiful Ninigret pond or spend the day with private beach access at one of Rhode Island's most beautiful beaches! This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom (and outside shower) house is not your typical beach house, there are ocean views or pond views from every room in the house. We have 1980sq ft, hardwoods throughout the house, and a washer/dryer (not pictured). We have a full house filtration system with UV and an additional kitchen sink filtration system, so the water you drink goes through 6 filters before it reaches your glass. A large screened-in porch which acts as an extension to living room. Decks on the front of the house including the master bedroom to enjoy extra ocean views anytime! The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, 5ft shower stall and a private deck. There is a second queen bedroom suite, pond facing, which has a private outside deck (with ocean & pond views) and large attached full bath. The third bedroom has a full size over twin bunk bed.

House is insulated with closed cell insulation wall, floors and cap. Which keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Full walk-in pantry to store all your items and keep kitchen more organized for your stay.

Enjoy the sunsets from either of the front 2 decks or the back deck which includes a polywood picnic table!
