The Cottage in the Cove

  • The Cottage in the Cove is a charming 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on Lake Norman. This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook.

    **Currently, the water level is extremely low.**

    This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area. The full bath is located upstairs, which has its own double vanity sink with the most elegant marble countertops and shower/bath combination.

    We didn’t forget about the view! This house has a lakeside deck that extends the full length of the home! If you call yourself a grill master, test out the propane grill and enjoy a beautiful sunset around the outdoor firepit or from your private dock. The flow of this house is perfect for a weekend getaway. At the risk of sounding cliché- this home is so homey; it truly does feel like a home away from home.
