OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* This is a NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME. Our apologies, but due to homeowner having specific requirements and allergies we can not welcome pets at this specific property. If pets are found at the home a $350 charge will be accessed and guest will be asked to leave the home.

* Cleanliness is essential. We disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

*Wanting to stay Monday - Thursday? Ask us about our special weekday rates! Why stay at work or home when you can come to stay with us?

*If you are booking on a booking site, they may put our Admin Fee, Limited Damage Waiver Fee, and Cleaning/Linen Fee together and call it the CLEANING FEE. That is why the cleaning fee appears to be high. Feel free to contact us. We are a local management firm and are available before, during, and after your stay.
