It was perfect for my family of 4 adults and one 11-year old daughter while visiting the Denver area, which is beautiful. The house has 3 bedrooms that each sleeps two people, 2 full baths, and an open concept living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. Check in and check out were a breeze. Kristen made sure we had everything we needed. I thought the dates were a month hence. Got refund for housekeeping and 1/4 days which helped but did not mitigate the pain of an honest mistake due to a platform where you don’t speak to anyone who might have read back the corrected the dates. I requested we move to another time , perhaps down season but was refused. I would have done this for a guest in my rental, and have. This looked promising for a repeat stay to visit family in the area. I no longer feel that way, unfortunately for both the host and me.
