The staff were kind and willing to help. Unfortunately, there was not enough handicapped parking which made it difficult for three handicapped individuals, one of them being a child, to get into the building with luggage and essentials. The drink machine was broken. Staff were kind enough to offer a drink but did not have diet drinks so I stayed pretty thirsty as I was unable to leave the hotel to go to a nearby convenience store. The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were very nice with comfortable bedding. Overall, a good experience.

Very comfortable and clean room. Toilets flush louder than normal. Exercise room was a decent size but had a strong odor of rubber in it. Front desk staff very nice and professional.

The air conditioning. The air conditioner would come on, run for a minute and shut off. Over and over. One minute it was humid, then the air would come on, and then shut off. Over and over.

We had two false alarms And a visit from the fire department. Outside for about a hour and then the She tried to let you back in the room, didn’t work! The last person to be let in. Other than the inconvenience a nice stay.

We stayed two nights. All the employees we saw and talked to were very polite and professional. We had breakfast both days and it was very good. The fruit (strawberries & blueberries were very fresh). Toilet bowl was loose and wobbly, bathroom sink drained super slow.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Bartender was pulling double duty in serving tables in the dining room and was a really nice guy. Great room. Comfy bed. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Pet friendly staff and facility. Front desk personnel didn’t have any idea the pet station was out of pet waste bags, or that they even had such a station. Not enough towels in room to start for two adults. Get bigger towels, or put more than 3 in room.

We were put in a room on the ground floor next to the front desk and across from the house cleaning office. There were several buses and dozens of people seats in the lobby. Basic room adequately clean. Very utilitarian. Be sure to ask to be away from lobby and elevators
