"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesnā€™t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesnā€™t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."
