Cafe attached had wonderful food. Didn't get to experience the spa services this trip but looking forward to staying here again. Clean room with lots of space. Close to shopping and my family's apartment so it was very convenient. As a tourist, I didn't feel taken advantage of at all, all of the staff was professional and kind. Thank you for a great trip!

Really liked the hotel with some caveats. The staff is very friendly, the lobby and restaurant area are quite nice and large and location is great. The rooms are large yet very bland in the sense they are overly white and barely decorated. The bathroom was uncomfortable and after showering everything was wet and it smelled of dampness for the rest of the day. Another thing I disliked were the fluorescent, bright lights in the hallways. The light flooded into the room. That's a really easy fix that can make the ambience warmer.

El hotel , en muy buen estado , limpio , el personal , en su mayoría amable , algunos empleados en el counter de recepción no muy capacitados para poder responder educadamente o con tino . En los restaurantes nesecitas un poco más de personal , ya que no se dan abasto cuando están casi al 100% ,regresaría sin duda alguna .

Excellent location and wonderful staff who were super helpful with tour and Tango dinner bookings. Old building with an Evita history. We has a lovely and big room. Excellent locations nearby including Fervor for steaks and rooftop bar. Jazz club in the building also very popular. Location removed a lot of concerns about safety and walking in the area was great and interesting.
