Very Poor

Accommodation dirty on arrival and had to clean it ourselves. Property advertised with parking space which is untrue. There is communal parking that is always oversubscribed. The owner’s local agents are aware of this. Totally ruined our stay as my wife has severely reduced mobility and we booked this property with the expectation that she would be able to independently access our vehicle which was impossible as we had to park some distance away in paid parking. Totally unacceptable.
