This property had great reviews on Expedia. I booked it 30 minutes prior to arrival on a last minute whim and check in was late night but was super easy. There was an issue with the prepay booking when I arrived but the night manager assured me that it would be taken care of. And sure enough by the morning, after two separate charges, a refund was quickly administered along with “sorry for the inconvenience” gift/Mother’s Day Gift on my door in the morning. I TRULY appreciate the customer service exemplified at this hotel. I did not expect it to it not only be handled so quickly but it is the little things such as this, that will keep customers (especially me) coming back. It is rarely still seen. The staff was awesome! The room was awesome! The stay was the best in a long time!
