We got this hotel on our way back from PCB as about a half way point. It was cheap but not cheap enough for what you pay. The front desk staff was rude at check in. The bathroom was okay but just gave an ick feeling from an old stained up cloth curtain and some rust around the bars in the shower. The bed was okay but there was like a mattress pad under it that kept getting bunched up all night which was annoying. The AC was cool. The pool was clean and nice to dip into and cool off and they didn’t seem to care about the actual closing time which was nice. In the morning there was kids screaming and running up and down the halls so that wasn’t fun to wake up to. $20 plus tax pet fee at check in. I didn’t have to pay a deposit for the hotel though. I mean maybe a cheaper price and it would be worth it but would not recommend and if we stop again then we will find somewhere else to stay.

Hall carpets were filthy. Wood floors in room needed mopping. Electrical plug not working for fridge. Toilet very low., not accommodating for handicapped. Chipped paint everywhere on wood trim.. especially in hallways.

The bed was good to sleep in (king size). The bathroom sink was higher than normal, but good. The shower was good once you figured out how to adjust temperature. Really didn't like being skipped from a housekeeping visit. But staff quite responsive on getting new towels. Loaned us a temp phone charger.

We were staying with several other families for a softball tournament and at check in, one of the other families found what looked like a bed bug under their bed cover. I sent the picture to a friend who’s an entomologist who confirmed that it was either a bed bug or bat bug and strongly recommended that we not stay there. We ended up losing our first night’s room charge. Only the family that discovered the bug were given a full refund.

Property was very dirty and sticky. First two room I got were stinking bad. So I switched the room again and even then I end up with bad stinking room. During the breakfast, they were keep running out of bread. One of the staff member I dealt with was very helpful. But there is so much they can do when property itself is in such bad shape. I will never stay in Clarion Inn. And I would not recommend this property to anyone. When I booked this property it was rated good in Expedia 7.6. I real experience it is not more then 2.0

They have a lot of ppl who are very loud here all hours of the night and early morning. Ppl at the pool late at night drinking alcohol.some of the rooms smell like mildew really bad. Guest's with pet's had dog's barking late at night

Room didn't appear to have been vacuumed and the AC sounded like a jet engine. We could hear every person talk outside at the pool and in the hallways at midnight while trying to sleep. The pictures of the facility on this site must be extremely old.
