My suitcase must have been dropped as it was all scratched and I had a special hook attached to my suitcase and it was gone. It wouldn't have been easy to just fall off. Was not happy with the gate change in Chicago as I had my mother with me. She had knee replacement and had to walk a long way. Was not notified of this change. Thank you

Good flight and ontime. I was in middle seat and it was cramped on Seattle to Chicago. I was in Middle seat on exit aisle on Chicago to Toronto and that was very comfortable.

Leg room bad. Seatbelts longer. Seats a little bigger. It’s a bummer, but Americans are getting bigger, not smaller.
