The airport was very quick to remove a bomb threat, which could have but did not cause a delay with the flight

Whenever I get the opportunity, I will fly Kenya Air.

Hectic at boarding. Food below par. Flight itself excellent. A smile on attendants faces and more pro activeness (cleaning toilets) would complete high quality product.

The landside crew in Zim need support training as their system was off line and were flustered and not able to process the passengers.

All flights were on time or early

Boarding passes were duplicated with some passengers causing confusion. Overhead baggage storage on the EM190 is very limited and is quickly taken up by larger cabin baggage from passengers with more than one piece of cabin luggage.
