All was well at the airport until we realized my daughter left her passport & money on the plane & we were not allowed to look for it in our seats. Thankfully the cleaning crew found it. I was extremely upset because I left my 15 year old daughter with passport security to meet with our friend after picking up my bag. The security outside the baggage claim refused to contact the passport security so I could contact my daughter & was told to re-enter at the opposite end of baggage claim, only to be told to return to where I started once I reached that end. When I returned, the officer told me to return to the opposite end again. I told him I had just been there & was told to return & again he refused to help me. I was extremely frustrated because I couldn't get back to my daughter. I hope this can be resolved so that no one else has the same issues.
