“Although located near Acropolis metro station with just 1 min walking distance, the location of the hotel itself is quite bad since it’s surrounded by construction sites, noise starts coming in as early as 7am! And there would be people gathering outside the hotel for smoke break, or would be illegal parking, it’s a mess when you go out or come back. WiFi is desperately slow. Electricity shuts down in the middle of the night. Limited amenities and bad maintenance for everything (lights go out or……

One of the air conditioners made an awful noise and needed maintenance. The sofa bed was awfully uncomfortable. The shower head was improperly installed and, though usable, didn't work properly. The bathtub, although it looks very nice, feels unstable on plastic legs.”

“We highly recommend the stay at Acro & Polis in Athens. It is very close to the historical spots. It takes only about 10 minutes for us to visit the Acropolis. The hotel is warm, clean and tidy. We especially love the balcony of the hotel - the Acropolis is just next to us! The host is very friendly. Whenever we had any problems or requests, he tried his best to help. He is such a sweet host that he has prepared some wine and chocolate to celebrate our honeymoon! :)”
