Check in was fast and room was clean. Sink soap dispenser not working in the bathroom and there was no shampoo in the shower, only shower gel. No other amenities available in the room. The breakfast area was crowded, not enough staff to clean the tables and the buffet ran out of many food items, 1hour before end of breakfast. My room key was deactivated 15 minutes before check out, while my luggage was still in the room. The front desk was unsure what to do and had to call a manager to reactivate my room key. Although well located on the edge of the pedestrian area, not sure I would go back.
