"The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious. However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy. "Excellent property and amazing staff. One my my best hotel stay experiences ever. Elizabeth Mookken, the relationship manager was prompt in reaching out to ensure my stay was comfortable. Sumesh from the front desk was super helpful during the check in process as I had to check in early and leave early. The rice boat restaurant was awesome and the staff Ahilan made great order recommendations. Truly a memorable experience and I plan to come back."
