"We opted to upgrade to a suite on the 39th floor with a connecting room with two double beds. Service was amazing. The breakfast buffet at the Ritz is by far better than the two previous hotels we stayed at the week before. Abir from front desk gave excellent service and made us feel at home. My daughter even got a free Ritz Carlton stuffed toy (a lion dressed as a panda). So cute! We are Ritz fans now."
