Family Time

We have stayed at this location twice now- once in the summer and once for Thanksgiving. It’s a perfect place for our extended family to gather. The house was very well stocked and very clean! We loved the amenities, too. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us. We plan to return again!

Second visit as good as the first

We stayed 10 days with zero problems. This is our second visit, so we knew we didn’t have to haul a lot of laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We appreciate it all being on one floor, with only three steps on the back door. The information provided will give you all the info you need to use the high end appliances. Parking is more than generous, and, although we didn’t use them, there is a hot tub and fire pit with everything provided. If you’re going to have Amazon packages (or any I suppose) send them c/o the Waynesville Post Office. The people there are quite nice. We will be back.

It was so nice! Perfect location for my family reunion because my family is from here. It was very nice, and just like the pictures. The host was very responsive for anything I needed. I will definitely stay here again. 45 mins from Cherokee, and 45 mins from sliding rock. It is 5 mins from downtown ( if that).

Fantastic house

Hillbilly Jam

Place is very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. 20 min drive to Maggie Valley to the Hillbilly Jam festival. 43 minutes to Cherokee. Great place and area to stay at.

Great vacation house

The house was very clean and comfortable. All paper goods and cleaning supplies are provided. The washer is preloaded with laundry detergent and the bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Everything is new and top of the line. It’s a lovely location. Five minutes to downtown and lots of dog friendly restaurants. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but towels, dry wood and fire starters were provided if we had wanted to. There is a very large parking area. We plan to return. Having all the bedrooms on one level is a real plus. The back porch only has two stairs. Great for loading and unloading. Great Mountain View out the front windows and porch. Had a lovely time and have already planned a trip for next year.

Nice place that was comfortable for three couples and very convenient to downtown. We were in town for a wedding so location was important and this house was perfect for our needs.

Nice, well-appointed house. Very close to downtown Waynesville. Convenient to Asheville as well as Cullowhee, Dillsboro, etc.

My daughters 16th bday getaway

After a separate hiking trip recently made to Waynesville, I fell in love with this town. Decided to avoid the crowds of gatlinburg and pigeon forge. It was the perfect getaway! My daughter and her friend loved it. The house is amazing and very clean. I’m very picky about cleanliness and this newly renovated space was simply perfect. Thank you!!!

Wedding wknd

My family came for the wknd for my daughter’s wedding in Maggie Valley. It was PERFECT for us. It was clean, organized and had everything we could possibly need during such an important time. Everything was readily available to us, the check in process was easy, instructions were clear, communication with the host was timely and we r already making plans to return when we have more time to just sit and relax and enjoy the fire pit and hot tub. Having such nice accommodations definitely added to the success of the weekend.
