“This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. Everything we needed was there at yhe boathouse. It was clean and bright. The host was friendly and responsive immediately. He gave precise directions and we found the place easily in the dark. “Unit is way overpriced for such an outdated room. Microwave was broken half the time and wouldn’t shut off on its own, room had cockroaches, room was worn out and outdated. No USB anywhere in the room for customer’s convenience.Mentioned it to front desk and they agreed place is outdated. Positive were the TV channel variety, amenities for the shower and the coffee pot.
