“The rental unit was falling apart. I've never seen a dump like this place. There was a maintenance request from the previous renters (which was dated May 31, we got there June 4) that stated there were bed bugs. And a host of other problems. We left immediately after calling the properties management, who never responded. On a scale of 1 to 100 I'd give this place a 5. ”

“This unit has a great location! Balcony overlooking a small lawn & then beach, so you can hear the water from there. Literal steps to get your toes in the sand. Perfect location at the end of the boardwalk, so not a ton of traffic & noise. If you enjoy quiet, you will love this space! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Virginia Beach. The location was excellent with beach access within a short walk across the street. Everything was there as listed and the place was clean and organized. Access to the property was convenient and everything we needed was within a short walk or drive. Our Property manager, Margie was very responsive to our needs and checked in to see if everything was working or if we needed anything. She replaced a grill that was not in good repair with a new one in time...

“It was perfect”

“The place was everything we could have wanted for our vacation! We had a group of 9 of us and we had plenty of space and then some. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need to cook. We loved the pool and grill area. It was so great to be right on the beach. The location was great right next to 2 restaurants. The only downfall was the swim up bar was not open during our entire stay. We loved this place! Highly recommend for large families!”
