The room dysfunctional. The bath tub spout was turned to the left. When you ran water in the sink hair came up from the drain as the water ran. Additionally, I killed to bugs while in the room. The bright spot was the bed was very comfortable.

Place is just old an hasn't been updated in a long time. Room was fairly clean but door to cabinets broken hanging halfway off, very old carpet, bed reminded me of a pullout sofa bed. They offer smoking rooms so hallways smell smokey an dimly lit. My room was non smoking but still had burns by the sink in bathroom an counter by stove where people had cigs sitting. No sun blocking blinds, walls were thin could hear people talking on each side. Doors hard to close to all hours of the night you hear people slamming the doors.

To be honest the staff especially Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China are excellent in customer service and people skills. The General Manager however is a passive aggressive female who needs an attitude adjustment and cannot exist without her excellent staff. I debated whether to stay here or not but as long as I never saw her it was fine. My stay as always was a work trip. I don't need extra stress from the likes of GM Kelly whose primary purpose should be to ensure her guests are stress free. I see through her very easily and probably will not return here in the future if she's still the General Manager. The five stars are for Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China.

Ms. Kelly just surprises me everyday, even when you're a lil behind she'll make sure that she does everything she can to give you the time you need! Such an amazing and understanding person!!! Thank you for making all of us feel like family!!!

You get what you pay for!

Rooms were bare minimum. Not filthy, but not nice either. I did have to kill one roach my first day. Bed was uncomfortable, with hair on the linen. Overall you get what you pay for. I have certainly seen worse.

It suited my means perfectly. I was visiting a friend from when I lived there twenty five years ago.And I was able to go see the house that I bought in nineteen eighty four and see how big the chesapeake area has grown.

I've officially been here a little over a week and i must say it's been great!! Ms. Kelly and her team has been amazing! They are kind, patient, and very professional. New and my kids love it here! Thank you Ms. Kelly for running a smooth place to call home!!!

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It appeared that the 2nd floor at least had been updated including our room. This isn't luxury accommodations, very basic. If you need a thick pillow to sleep, bring your own.

it was awful, the room was nasty, pretty run down, roaches everywhere too. would not recommend, i actually recommend it gets torn down because no renovation is going to safe this hotel

There was no soap, no shampoo, no shower curtain. The carpets were ripped and stained. Roaches crawling on bathroom walls and kitchennette area. The entire place smelled like bleach and fried chicken. This was by far the worst place I have stayed at.

It was filthy. It was equivalent to a motel 6 as far as sleeping conditions were concerned. The hall smelled like fish and body odor. The bed was on a metal frame that squeaked when you sat on it. The comforter and sheets felt like sandpaper to touch. I felt dirty just being on the room. We did not stay.
