The suite was very clean + the staff was very nice and helpful for the most part. No major complaints and we would love to be back there in the future!
However, there was no option to leave our bags at the lobby/elsewhere in the hotel after checkout. So, we had to carry our bags for the entire day while exploring the city. They also made us sign a note at check-in, which said we'd have to pay a $150 cleaning fee if the room was too unclean. It was unclear what "very unclean" really meant - it felt more like an Airbnb.
