The rooms were clean, and the layout of the resort is really nice. The front desk staff and concierge have excellent customer service skills. We ran into a situation at the resort that left my family with no water pressure which became an inconvenience for approximately 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend.

My visit to Richmond and Glen Allen was perfect. My hotel room was comfortable and the Staff was personable and very helpful. I could not have asked for more.

Fabulous resort - we stay there every chance we get!

This is a time share property. When we checked in, we were made to go to another desk to, "get the keys." Well, surprise, surprise, this was when we met with the "concierge" who was signing us up for a 90 minute meeting for 9 am the next day to learn all about Club Wyndham. We said no multiple times and that was just not acceptable. We only finally got away when I told them we'd go and when they tried to make me sign something saying I'd go, I refused. We had to change rooms on day two because our first room was on the 2nd floor and the floor above us was so squeaky we were all awake at 6 am when the people above us woke up. We also discovered there weren't any pots/pans in the kitchen. The second room was better because we were on the 3rd floor. There aren't elevators so prepare for the squeaky ceilings if you're unable to go up stairs. The property is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do on property. The putt putt course is great and a full 18 holes. I liked that towels were available at the activities center desk and were a decent size for the pool. There are a lot of pools but I wish the hot tub had less kids in it so it was actually possible to get in it. My oldest and my husband loved the giant chess game. We won't go back because of the aggressive attempt to get us to buy into their property but it was a nice place overall.
