A wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and took care of any need we had. The spa was top tier, and the VIP Expedia discounts really came in handy because we went there every day. You can’t beat their prices, but the quality of service was not sacrificed either! The hotel is conveniently located in Old Town next to Wat Phra Singh and our favorite restaurant, It’s Good Kitchen. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was also a great benefit as it was included in the price of stay, with a very expansive offering of both Thai and western options (love the egg station!). The staff really went out of their way to be friendly and hospitable in every way — they even arranged a taxi for our very early flight and arranged a free breakfast takeaway so we wouldn’t go hungry. Would recommend this hotel to others.

I loved how grand the hotel looked, and how clean and spacious the rooms were. This hotel is also in a convenient location, making it easy to walk everywhere within the old city. Also located right beside the Sunday Walking Street. Would recommend!
