Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

Ok

Disappointed with stay. Front counter had trouble finding our reservations. Second day showers did not work ... moved to a different hotel for third night stay in Chiang Rai. Pool was empty of water with litter ... not a nice site.

酒店基本是舒適，泳池都很好，清潔。 露台出泳池的小路充滿菁苔，只因沒有把冷氣機水引到花槽 浴室的熱水炉比較舊式。 工作人員態度懶散，櫃檯服務水平不夠 因地點往市中心較遠，但亦沒有提供車輛相應服務
