The staff was nice and it has decent facilities. Transportation needed since all restaurant and shops are about 15/20 min away

The rooms were great! Very large! It was nice to have a kitchen on the premises. It meant you didn't have to go out to find something to eat. The staff was friendly!

Nice resort style hotel. Near airport Staff was friendly helpful. Room is big. Nothing to complain about Will recommend and stay here agin A bit far from city centre. But it’s ok since. Taxis are. Cheap. Grocery store and. Mall nearby.

Was supposed to stay 3 nights and only stayed one. Room was really big, but also really dirty. I asked the front desk if I could check out early and was told yes, and there would be no charge for dates not stayed. The next morning, I was told that no, I would not be refunded for nights not stayed. So, I stayed one night in a dirty, buggy room and paid for three. I would have been happy with a 1 night refund, but nope, out of luck. Breakfast buffet was quite good!

Good value for the money. Felt a bit like a deserted all Inclusive but nice to have a bit of a city break . Sat by the pool (cold) And had a beer, nice chill time after touring. A bit out of city, rooms and teak but clean. Nice to hear birds in the morning. Breakfast was good and ok staff . Not a lot of other services

The property advertises as a 4 star resort. Acccommodation is spread out over multiple buildings with 4 rooms downstairs and 4 rooms upstairs accessible by external staircases. I had to carry my own bags upstairs and also downstairs when I checked out. I fell down the stairs during my stay and when I limped to Reception to seek help, I was given a packet of cotton balls and a bottle of antiseptic. I ended up having to call a Grab driver to come and. Take me to the hospital.

Early flight

Room is clean, the beds are good and clean We had an early flight and this was perfect for it. Great breakfast. Grounds area is really taken care of great pool to cool off. It was really quiet and still so close to airport. Good shopping center close by.

Un hôtel de transit

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la chambre était très grande et le lit très confortable. Je ne comprends pas les critiques que les gens ont fait avant nous. Les alentours sont très bien entretenus et la piscine très belle, même si nous n avons pas eu occasion de la tester. Le seul bémol pour cet hôtel, c’est qu il n y a pas grand chose à proximité et que le spa était fermé. Mais pour une nuit avant de reprendre l avion c est l idéal.

We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was functional. It’s close to the airport so popular with travellers staying just one night. Positives - spacious bedroom and bathroom, breakfast buffet focused on Thai and Chinese cuisine. Staff were helpful. They helped us with a day trip to the Golden Triangle and getting in to Chiang Rai. Negatives - hotel doesn’t offer dinner so you need to get a taxi either in to Chiang Rai (15-20 minute drive) or to the local supermarket which has multiple restaurants. (3 minutes). The bedroom was infested with mosquitos which come in through the bathroom window. We arrived on the Friday evening and a used tray of food had been left outside a room. It was still there when we left on the Monday.
