We stayed a week and ate some meals in and also prepared food to take to our extended family for Thanksgiving. It was well-equipped and it was very nice to have a washer and dryer en suite. We will definitely stay here again. We were within walking distance to downtown Evanston with many good places to eat and a Target. And the drive to Chicago sites was lovely as we had to pass along the lake every morning and evening. The hosts were very easy to work with and very organized. When the building encountered a power outage late one night - they were very good at communicating with us even though it was after midnight. The condo was very clean. Plenty of beds, linens and such for our family. The towels and bedding were good quality and plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked with adequate pans, plates, etc. for any food prep we needed (e.g., coffee filters). I am glad that there was onsite parking. My one caution is that while large SUVs like our Suburban can fit in the garage - parking it within the designated spot was always an exercise of patience and caution. It is up against a pillar and the spots are not very wide. So if you have a large SUV, be prepared for lots of maneuvering to get it into the space. The condo was the perfect size for the six of us and was in walking distance of shops. The beds were comfortable, the pantry had needed items, and the building was easy to access with a heated parking garage. There were lots of towels and the bathrooms were clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to all our questions, which was very helpful. My teenagers stayed in the room with the bunk beds and the rollaway bed was a plus. We didnt need to buy shampoo or soap as the unit was stocked with essentials. It was a short walking distance to downtown, northwestern university and the CTA. The air conditioning was a plus as the weather reached mid 80's. The pool was a little small for our liking but convenient to have. Five stars for the Property Managers prompt response! From day 1, It was an easy check in and Mihyun was always responsive, when i had questions she answered in a timely manner.
