“首先, 酒店的某個服務人員服務態度不太好, 電話訊講到一半就跑了也不事先打招呼, 換了一個服務人員然後又把所有的問題重複了一遍 !在入住期間本身酒店的周邊本來就什麼都沒有, 跟服務人員要了2個礦泉水態度非常差還要收錢, 住過上海北京寧波的PARK HYATT都沒遇過喝水要收錢的. 森林小屋的房間很簡陋, 換到竹屋感覺好一點了但是廁所的地板特別髒, 地漏堵住, 熱水很難調水還特別小....2000一個晚上感覺不太值得 ”

“Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Standard und Sauberkeit sind gut. Das Personal ist unterirdisch. Wann immer man etwas braucht (Reisepass im System für die Skipässe hinterlegen, einchecken, auschecken, fehlende Speisen am Buffet, kein Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine, ....) dauert es Stunden bis es gemacht wird, wenn überhaupt.”

“同事入住的是隔壁的taiwoo酒店 去参观了下 感觉element性价比比较高（尤其是房源紧张的时候）receptionist的服务很好 一直笑嘻嘻的 离滑雪场非常近 就是希望酒店的晚餐提供能稍微延长时间”

“Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied……
