Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site was a big plus, great food and very welcoming service. Highly recommend.

We’ve been here on 4 different occasions. The property staff are a stand out. The front desk is very responsive. We will continue to stay here whenever in Chico. It’s very nice to have an in house restaurant and bar. The portions are very generous.

The breakfast in the morning wasn’t warm and they ran out of bacon/sausage after a few people. For the price, it should have been maintained better. Very friendly staff at the desk and bar. Very clean pool. Our room was very quiet.

Hotel was great staff was amazing and accommodating. Hotel stays with little kids isn’t always easy and it was GREAT! Pool was awesome, lit up pretty at night. Food at the restaurant was great and excellent happy hour. Will stay here anytime I’m in Chico.

Electrical power for the entire building went out for most of the evening, and came back on sometime between 1 - 3 a.m. No weather or electrical storms, and no apparent cause for the outage. This impacted my ability to charge devices, schedule and respond to some important email, etc. The building facility itself and the staff were great.
