This beautiful unit has tiled floors in kitchen, both baths and laundry room. New carpet covers the spacious family room and all 3 bedrooms. French doors open onto a private balcony with views of the gulf coast, creeks and marsh land. Unit boast all new leather reclining sofa and matching recliner, stylish dining room table that seats 8, new washer/dryer and fully furnished gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a plush Simmons beauty rest mattress, large master bath with walk-in shower, his-her vanity, his-her closets and flat screen TV. The family room has a large flat screen HD television with Satellite Direct services. Unit has phone with free local and long distance service. Covered parking for 3 vehicles directly under the unit. Boat trailer parking either under unit or at adjacent lot. Furnished balcony overlooks private boat slip and floating docks in canal adjacent to Suwannee River and minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. We stayed here so we could explore areas north and south of this location and go a day to Crystal River to swim with the manatees. This area is so quiet and quaint.
