"Hotel is very nice. Very clean. We could use kitchen, but we just drank tea, plus free breakfast. Room very big, and clean. Even though we had to share bathroom with another room, it was not problem at all. Location is also good 14 minutes walk to the center of the city. Linda also recommended us to visit Lucca, and it was very good city. "

"Staff was great, the few restaurants were ok at best. The plaza after dark… don’t stop for over a minute unless you want people to aggressively try and sell you drugs. Beautiful city, great hotel, fantastic staff… just don’t go out after dark."

"Very pleasant staff, very clean surroundings. Room a little tight. All furniture in room & dining room seemed homemade, and the lighting in dining room (Steam Punk) also seemed to be homemade. Food not great, (chicken comprised of 1 very thin slice (in uniform shape) crumbed & fried."

"Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel."
"The property was nice, but unfortunately, customer service was really poor, and the mattress cover of the sofa bed was full of stains (months worth of stains - see pictures attached) which affected me greatly. I was also charged deposit fees for a damaged shutter (attached by 2 hinges on the external wall - one was missing) probably caused by the extremely violent storm and winds hitting Livorno the day I arrived. The building is one block from the seaside and exposed to the elements. This reparation should have been part of regular maintainance of the property and not fall to a customer going in vacation. The owner charged me saying that they go through a meticulous walk through before a customer comes, but it was not meticulous enough to detect the stains on the mattress cover. Stressful experience that I would definetly not recommend."
