The staff was absolutely amazing ! Valentina was my favourite ! She made an extra effort to make my stay much more pleasant!

First off I want to say the place is very small , there is no where at all to sit n get fresh air . You get no welcome drink like most hotels give , even though on Expedia states you will get bottle water. Also I booked a suite which states king size bed and two twin beds, when I get there the manager states I was supposed to request the extra bed after I paid the extra money saying the suite came with more than one bed … then the receptionist going to say I can send you one and he won’t charge… it was just a hot mess. The suite have one small t v .. this place was made for one person so if u have kids choose another hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and the staff was amazing! Five stars! The restaurant is divine as well! Must visit!

The service was outstanding, with staff consistently going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would especially like to thank Manager Matheo for his dedication and efforts in ensuring we had such a wonderful experience. His professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. This is a truly luxurious, comfortable, and safe hotel, and we would gladly return in the future. The restaurant also deserves special recognition for its amazing food, excellent drinks, and overall dining experience. Highly recommended.
