“The property is beautiful, clean and in a very quiet and convenient area. The housekeeper is a sweetheart and the staff is fantastic. I spent about 6 weeks there! There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, private rooms, dorm rooms, private and shared bathrooms, a garden area, a bar and a restaurant that opens in the evening. There is also a continental breakfast in the mornings between 6am-9am. The price to stay is reasonable for short or extended stays. I would highly recommend!”

“Very dirty. Rats and Cockroaches. Absent staff who seem to be doing you a favor by being there. A deep fear of working. Customer = work = problem. It seems like those two Colombians—the mother and son—want you out as soon as possible so they can be left in peace at home, but why don't they just go to a hotel instead of pretending to work and freeloading off the manager for two beds? I guess they're poor :/ The location is good; the manager seems OK when he's there”
