This hotel is a perfect size, with all the amenities you could need. The lobby and lounge areas are very pretty and charming with stone work, fireplaces, and wood beam ceiling. We stayed in a suit w/ 2 queen beds, a fireplace, tub and full kitchen. The room was very clean, and spacious.It was perfect for our needs, and a really great value. Other highlights: The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. They claimed that they did not have access to our contact information even though she later said she needed to log into the expedia portal. Sounds like no one took the extra step to try to help us and let us know ahead of time.
