We were were very comfortable and loved the location! Would recommend to friends and family. Please note that one of the dining room chairs seats is not attached to the frame, would recommend maintenance take a look at, so now one injures them self.

Our room was in the older building of the property, which was ok but nothing amazing. The pools were fantastic though and we really enjoyed the overall property.

Above the old town of Pagosa Springs is a newer development the has a lake with an view towards Pagosa Peak and the Window area of the Continental Divide.
