The room bathroom faucet leaked and the drain broke every other day and it was gross when waste water came out of the cabinet base. Plumber “fixed” it twice and it was leaking again the last day. The pool is run down and dirty. "Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...
