Beautiful hotel with great history! The location in Casco Viejo was perfect for our visit to Panama City and we were easily able to walk or order a car/Uber from there for various trips. We had a family suite, which was a king and full size bed room that worked well for our family of 3. The rooftop pool is small, but lovely and the restaurant near the pool was great with friendly staff. The Central Hotel is a gorgeous place and the staff at the front desk, door and restaurants were all nice and helpful.

In the middle of the old town, lovely rooftop. Beautiful apartment. Easy check in. WhatsApp line is available if anything was needed or if we had questions.

Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone.

1. Safety Issue (Critical) Water is leaking through the lighting fixture when the room above uses the shower. This presents a significant safety hazard, particularly involving electricity. 2. Room Condition The air conditioning is not functioning properly. The overall room condition has been described as outdated and poorly maintained. 3. All-Inclusive Package Concerns The guest was charged for dinner due to a late arrival caused by a flight delay, despite having an all-inclusive package. Basic beverages such as wine and even water are reportedly not included, which contradicts guest expectations of an all-inclusive stay. 4. Service Experience The guest requested a room change; however, only maintenance was offered instead of immediate relocation. No immediate resolution or alternative accommodation was provided on-site.
