The stale damp odour seems to come from the air filter that need to be clean or replaced. This is one of the best hotels in Chittagong. However, having stayed here numerous time since 2020, I’ve started noticing a decline in quality. The hotel maintenance is not up to standards as the room I stayed was badly in need of a refurbishment. The common areas were also starting to show signs of wear. The breakfast menu was not the best. During my past stays, the menu was different every day however it was the same all week I stayed. I got a bit of tired of the same choices and tried to order room service one morning. They ran out of my preferred menu item unfortunately.
