“This was one of our favorite stays in Italy. It was spacious, clean, and in a great part of the city.”

“If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! Elena was the most wonderful hostess, providing many recommendations, of which every one was spot on! The breakfast was out of this world - better than any place we’ve ever stayed. Kitchen was stocked with the most delicious olive oil cake and many other goodies around the living area to enjoy. Walkable to everything in Montepulciano. I could not overstate how wonderful this bed and……

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help. What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. ”

“A wonderful stay of six nights at the villa just outside Montisi in a beautiful rustic setting. Very clean, as seen in the photos with a new kitchen that has recently been added. Montisi is not too far a drive away to get supplies as/when needed and a great base to explore Tuscany from. Luigi was a fantastic host and there when we needed. We loved the en suite for every bedroom and spent the evenings outside on the terrace. Would absolutely recommend! ”

“Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. ”

“If you like a 360-degree view from the top of the hill, this is the place. Amazing views, out in the country with little traffic (more tractors than cars). Very private. We wanted to sit on the patio all day.The house is very comfortable and a good home base for sampling Brunello and visiting the Montalcino vineyards.Camilla was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.”

“Stayed here for five days recuperating from busy days in Rome. The garden was absolutely spectacular so quiet and quaint beautiful Italian love spending time in the comfortable chairs making home cooked dinner having wine visiting with Orchard cats as they cruise through the property. The host was unbelievably kind and generous loved the option of being able to purchase wine on the property without having to go into town. Speaking of town is about a 10 minute drive away Several cute places to……

“Ein Juwel für Naturliebhaber . Ein tolles , liebevoll renoviertes Steinhaus mit einem großen Garten und vielen Blumen und Bäumen.Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da es uns noch zu kalt war. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben. ”
