“From the moment I booked, communication was awesome. Connor was quick to answer questions and communicate each step (deposit, etc). We struggled with figuring out parking (once we saw it felt silly) but again Connor was there to help. The TV didn't work and again he was quick to respond to email and we got it figured out.
