"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11.
The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday.

"Loved my stay here. Near everything, incredibly helpful staff, and the breakfast is delicious. I worried it'd be too loud so close to the liberation monument but my stay was quiet and restful. "The room was excellent condition. Its gives a luxurious apartment feeling. The room comes with washing machine, dryer l, huge fridge, dish washer and kitchen induction stove. Well equipped. Service are tiptop and staffs are willing to assist whenever required. The location is centralised. Every tourist are very near. Food stalls ranging from restaurants and street food are also nearby. If i ever go Chongqing again i will book my room there. "
