"Excellent hotel and staff."

"We stayed for one night at Louis V hotel at one of their suites on the 15th floor (amazing views). The property was very well-maintained and spotless. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was that the suite was advertised as fits 3, but it turned out that the sofa did not become a bed, so it in fact does not fit 3 in its current form. When we informed them that we are 3 and not 2, they asked us to pay an additional $30 for the extra person. When the bed did not become a sofa, they brought up an extra bed for us quickly. One last comment was that we wish there was a curtain of some sort to cover the main area of the bathroom for some privacy. Other than these two small things, everything was really great. I highly recommend it."

"One of the highlights of my stay was the fully-equipped kitchenette in the suite. It was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare simple meals and snacks at my convenience. Whether it was a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or a late-night snack, having the kitchenette was incredibly convenient and added a touch of practicality to my stay."

"Excellent hotel!!!!!! The staff was really professional and so kind…. I did the aromatherapy massage with my daughter, it was the best massage we ever had…. And we did so many massages in the US!!!! Hoda and Jenny were so professional and sweet, the self service breakfast was divine!!!! Overall wonderful stay and we will definitely come back "
