"Every thing in hotel excellent "

"We stayed for one night at Louis V hotel at one of their suites on the 15th floor (amazing views). The property was very well-maintained and spotless. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was that the suite was advertised as fits 3, but it turned out that the sofa did not become a bed, so it in fact does not fit 3 in its current form. When we informed them that we are 3 and not 2, they asked us to pay an additional $30 for the extra person. When the bed did not become a sofa, they brought up an extra bed for us quickly. One last comment was that we wish there was a curtain of some sort to cover the main area of the bathroom for some privacy. Other than these two small things, everything was really great. I highly recommend it."

"One of the highlights of my stay was the fully-equipped kitchenette in the suite. It was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare simple meals and snacks at my convenience. Whether it was a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or a late-night snack, having the kitchenette was incredibly convenient and added a touch of practicality to my stay."

"The pictures and description do not match the property at all. There was no indoor pool, spa, sauna or any other amenities for leisure and entertainment, despite the fact that they were all mentioned in the description. The lobby and stairs leading up to the room were extremely dirty and not maintained properly. The rooms are not soundproof. The shower door was unstable, and got stuck halfway while trying to open it. The resort did not provide soap or towels until we asked for them. And even then, the towels were a bit wet and didn’t seem very clean. There was a hairdryer installed on the wall, but the cable was too short and it could not reach the power outlet. Extremely poor engineering! We had booked the room to enjoy the indoor pool mentioned in the description, but as it turns out, there was no indoor pool. However, we had to stay in the room because the weather was awful and we could not leave."
