"We booked a room and they gave us a different room with a smaller bed, we were on our honeymoon and they refused to compensate for their mistake. Instead offered a different room for 1/3 nights and 2 drinks from the bar which was a joke my wife and I don’t drink which they didn’t even bother to ask.
The property is still under construction so there’s that and they played music around the property pretty loud till midnight which was annoying when we were trying to sleep "

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento.
Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene.
La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione.
Non esiste praticamente.
Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub. "

"We were looked after very well from all the staff it’s very convenient to the beaches restaurants it’s an ideal place if you want quiet and total rest we also ate at night in the upstairs terrazzo restaurant a couple of times - it isn’t cheap but quality is excellent and service wonderful our en-suite room was comfortable cleaned everyday by the three ladies who were so friendly - a really great experience and we were very happy there "

"Traveling through Puglia, ‘needed a few days by the beach and so chose this based on proximity to Porto Cesareo and Punta Proscuito. The apartments are thoughtfully remodelled - contemporary design, Alexa this and automatic that - clearly the owners - Stefano and his sister - have an eye for detail and state-of-the-art! "Perfect location for an excellent beach - with great amenities. Excellent half board package delivered a great dining experience. Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much. Highly recommended."
"Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee.
Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees.
