More information by the provider: BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Beautiful 4.5 - room maisonette with large, open kitchen and modern furnished living room with Swedish stove. The modern maisonette in the centre of Churwalden has 3 bedrooms and a beautiful, sunny balcony. At the same time, the kitchen is equipped with a Quooker. (A tap from which 100 °C boiling water bubbles). 3rd floor/attic / Elevator / Wi-Fi yes / 2 rooms with double beds / 1 office room with 2 single beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub / 1 bathroom with WC and shower / 1 bathroom with WC and steam shower The apartment is located directly behind the shopping facility "Coop" and a few minutes' walk from Migros, lift stations and the sports shop. (Holiday apartment Hemmadi is in the same building) \- the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord.
